European-Finnish Innovative Resources Center - EFIRC ry is a dynamic non-profit organization committed to promoting international collaboration, cultural exchange, and development. Our initiatives bring together young people, youth workers, and adults from diverse backgrounds and countries to foster cross-cultural understanding, enhance skills, and create meaningful connections and partnerships.

By organizing international initiatives, youth exchanges, training events, and research, EFIRC aims to support personal and professional growth while championing the values of inclusion, diversity, and sustainability.

Our Activities

At EFIRC, we organize a variety of activities that contribute to personal, community, and global development.

Educational Workshops

Our workshops and seminars focus on educating young people about environmental challenges, conservation techniques, and sustainable living practices, equipping them with the knowledge to make a difference.

Digital Literacy Seminars

We host sessions tailored for elders, teaching them the fundamentals of using computers, smartphones, and tablets, covering topics such as internet navigation, email usage, social networking, and app installation.

We lead local cleanup events to remove waste from parks, rivers, and public spaces, fostering a cleaner and healthier environment for everyone.

Community Cleanups

SDGs Workshops and Film Screenings

To raise awareness about the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we organize campaigns and film screenings featuring documentaries that explore global challenges and the importance of achieving the SDGs.

Volunteerism Promotion

We empower young people to use their unique talents and skills to support local organizations and projects, instilling a sense of community and social responsibility through hands-on involvement.

Include Me

Organized by the Euro-Med Youth Federation, this Erasmus+ initiative aimed to foster inclusion and diversity by engaging youth from various backgrounds in activities that promote understanding and collaboration.

Gender On

In collaboration with Arabisch - Deutsches Center fur Dialog -WASLA, EFIRC contributed to the Erasmus+ "Gender ON" training course, aimed at enhancing youth workers' skills to support young women's access to human rights.
